Dr Vijay is amazing. He listens, he keeps attention on you. Always gives good advices. He is not panicking but the same time he won't ignore any of your symptoms. I would recommend to everyone. I can trust him 100%.

Dr Vijay explained the issue with my sons ear and gave me some great advice on how to manage it whilst I waited for an an appointment with the ENT specialist. I now have this appointment and hopefully things will get better for my 8 year old son.

Dr Vijayadeva explained very thoroughly about the medication he was prescribing. He did listen to me. The only constructive criticism I can give is that he made me feel I needed to hurry up & leave. I do understand there is a set time for each patient but in that kind of situation the patient can forget to tell the doctor about what they wanted to say. It is so hard to get an appointment so the patient wants to utilise the time properly & tell the dr everything. Just a bit of engagement wouldn't go astray.

I am glad to hear you felt I was very thorough when explaining about the medication. I am sorry you felt rushed. It is constant challenge to try to address lots of issues within just a 10 minute consultation, despite me usually running late as I try to give a bit more time when needed. For your next consultation, please do let me know if you feel you are being rushed. If there are remaining issues you still want to discuss, then we can try to work out a way to address them. Thank you for taking the time to leave your constructive feedback, Regards Dr Vijay
